d&s woodworking provides custom doors, architectural millwork, finish basements, sheds, stairs, and remodels. By requesting a quote, scheduling a consultation, commissioning work, or using this website, you accept these terms.

All quotes are preliminary estimates based on the options you select in our door configurator, the project details you describe, and the measurements available at the time of quoting. A final, fixed price is provided only after a consultation and a confirmed materials list. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

We build with high-quality hardwoods, premium hardware, and durable finishes. Natural wood varies in grain and color; tonal variation is a characteristic of solid wood — not a defect. Custom work requires a deposit to secure your place in the build schedule and to order materials. Custom items are built to your specifications and are not returnable.

d&s woodworking operates a text messaging (SMS) program to communicate with customers who have opted in. Messages are sent by d&s woodworking only, from our business number.

Message types are strictly service-related: responses to your inquiries, appointment and consultation confirmations, reminders, project status updates, scheduling, and customer support responses. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Participation in our SMS program is voluntary. You opt in by explicitly asking us to text you — for example, during a phone consultation when you request appointment confirmations or project updates by text message, or by texting us first and continuing the conversation. We record your consent at that time.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from d&s woodworking. Simply providing your phone number for a quote or call does not enroll you in recurring text messages — we only text customers who have affirmatively agreed to it.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we may send one final text message confirming your unsubscribe, and you will receive no further program messages from us unless you opt in again.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service. Message and data rates may apply. Our messages are conversational and project-based, so the number of texts you receive depends on the activity of your project and your inquiries.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our website and services are intended for adults commissioning home improvement and custom woodworking projects. We do not knowingly enroll minors in our SMS program.
