• Contact information — your name and phone number when you call, text, or ask us to contact you.
• Inquiry and project details — the door style, wood species, finish, and hardware you select, along with your project type, timeline, and budget preferences.
• SMS consent records — when you opt in to text messages, we keep a record of that consent and of your message history with us.

We do not collect payment card information through this website. Payments are arranged directly with the shop.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide our services — prepare quotes, build and install your project.
• Answer your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Schedule and confirm consultations, appointments, and installations.
• Send you the communications you have consented to, including service-related text messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and project updates.

Text messages are sent by d&s woodworking only. Our messages are service-related: responses to your inquiries, appointment and consultation confirmations, reminders, project status updates, scheduling, and customer support responses. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service. Message and data rates may apply.

This website uses local storage — not tracking cookies — to remember your door design as you browse. That saved design stays on your own device. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
